Feedster: You blog may be listed, but there is a delay

Have you recently signed into Feedster, but aren't getting your feeds listed?

Well, you've come to the right blog-spot. Here' we dissect this interesting paradox.

To be sure, a "listed feed" in Feedster should well, "be listed" when you search for it.

Surprisingly, this is not the case.

In other words, even though you've recently signed into Feedster and your RSS feed is valid, you'll find that the Feedster search-routine isn't as simple as google: They don't necessarily display information that's actually there.

To be blunt, there is a strange paradox when one can be listed, have blog-entires appear, but there's no quick search button on Feedster for "all known feeds" like that.

Oh, sure...it's there. It's just not obivous.

Discussion

We tested out Feedster's search engine capability. The most amazing thing with Feedster is that you can find up to date information from other bloggers.

We signed into feedster and was listed ref.

Here's the listing in Feedster:

Here's the Feedster-entry: Ref

Notice that the archive goes back for 2 days. Small paradox: We've already updated Feedster with pings, and there's nothing else listed.

This suggests there is a blog-lag. Oh, the studies that await us!

Sample feed.

here is the code for figuring out how to review the "other posts" from the same blogger.
