Used Haloscan's data. Made comment response in Haloscan "Manage Comments" as a response to an initial comment.

Questions

Does a feed have to be managed this closely? Not normally, the first comments reported quickly without refreshes.

Does a user have to know to re-add the feed if it is not timely reporting? There's no indication that the feed-addition is an update.
