Mud's Rule on assigning tags, links and folders

When clicking tic-boxes from a list of links, tags, and folders ... to consolidate and move links, tags, and folders to once place in a long list of folders:

If a user clicks on many links and tags, and only one folder ... the technology should know the user wants all tags and links:

  • A. to go in the single folder;
  • B. assigned to where the folder is finally placed; and
  • C. placed in the same batch-folder, associated with eachother.

    Users should be able to consolidate them all at once, and also move the folder where they want it to be finally located. Users should not have to separately move tags, then links, then folders.

    Users can have the option to either apply or not apply this rule to their settings.

    Where this rule might someday be applied. ;-)
