A9 is really different. It would be good if the following:
Why Use A9.com? (Really worth reading…). . . was highlighted in a contrasting color otherthan blue. Perhaps Make a green box and make it very eye-catching. As it stands, its not obvious that there may be important information explaining A9
Prior searches [in re Syndic8 on A9] not appearing as "searched" |
New issue
Attempted task: Added Syndic8, and looked for "mudtesting". Got the following result. : Mud's TestsThe part that says "Syndi8.com Feed List" has a link. Problem: The link goes to a blank screen. Retested, 21Mar05: Still no content at the link: http://a9.com/-/layout/ Curiously, when go to "Column by: Jeff Barr More Info" and hit the ink under "More Info", the link matches the one that does not work under "Syndic8.com feed list." Appears as though the link-content is there, but the "Syndic8.com Feed list"-link-url is going to a different screen. In other words, one link URL goes to content, while the same URL from a differnet link has a problem, and gets not content. |

[CLOSED] Update 19 Mar 2005; The following sign-in problem is resolved.
Hello, Jeff Bezos and Jeff Barr! Thanks for your work. Looks like some neat stuff. I played around with A9 a bit. Not really clear on the columns-drag-concept. Is that to add a column to the search-windows or my display? Reason I'm not clear...after signing-in to A9, followed Jeff Barr's instructions. Got the following message in a pop-up: Since you are not signed in, you may add one column to your list. It will take effect immediately. Proceed?Pressed "OK", and got taken back to the homepage, but I'm not recorded as being signed in. Went back to the home page, re-signed in, and there's no record of me adding Syndic8 to the columns. At this point, I'm not sure which version of the site I can adjust. Seems like I'm not able to make any changes. My current search for Syndic8 wasn't showing up in the history. My old searches from previous searches are still there. |
