Problem: Unable to sign-in to Rojo.com or access existing account or saved feeds.

Details on Rojo Errors


When signing in to Rojo, got three strange messages:

1. An error has occurred: You have signed in as [Member name]

We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Then when attempted to sign-in again, it said something like, "We sent an email to your address" [which I already confirmed], but then it kicked me out and I didn't catch the message, sorry.

3. Went back to main page, unable to see sign-in. Got sent straight to message that said, "An error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience."

4. Unfortunately, the hoped-for alternate sign-in also failed, generating the following four-line [4-lines of text] message:
An error has occurred

Please Sign In to Rojo.

You have signed in as [member name]

We apologize for the inconvenience.


Result: Unable to sign-in. Unable to go to any screen that has a sign-in name-box, nor able to get any information on what to do.
